A Randstad client in the greater Los Angeles area is seeking an Onboarding specialist to add to their team!

responsibilities:

Responsibilities:


    Build, monitor, distribute risk reports and calculationsDevelop, refine and implement new hire onboarding processOrder background checks, track completion and assist in review and analysis of resultsOrder pre-clearance reports for registered representativesAct as point of contact for collection of pre-employment documents and contracts and obtain proper signatures on upfront loansPerform and track onboarding data entry into Ultipro system and ExcelConnect with managers to assist with onboarding, orientation, IT requisition, and supply ordersConduct new hire orientation and facility toursPrepare and send welcome materials to all new hiresCompile, maintain and audit employee foldersEnroll and manage records for new hire trainingCreate and prepare onboarding and recruiting reports and policies; including management committee reportingUpdate all onboarding and recruiting forms to be compliant with state and federal lawsCreate innovative procedures to boost engagement among our existing employees and new hiresParticipate in on-campus recruiting events ,including attending all career fairs where light travel is requiredManage college internship program, and rotational entry level program

    qualifications:

    Experience and Skills


      Bachelor's Degree from accredited university required, preferably in Human Resources, Communication, or similar focus preferred1-2 years experience in HR, recruiting or onboarding capacity requiredProficient n Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and presentation skills Experience working with Ultipro highly desirable
