Job Duties:

  • Receives inbound calls from customers and provides answers to questions.
  • Updates call records.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Address customers inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
  • Perform data entry accurately
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional way
  • Strong verbal and listening skills
  • Strong phone skills and data entry skills
  • Strong people skills and ability to be customer service-oriented and professional with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
